Many people who made it great left and when new people stepped up, you could feel that it turned into a place where everyone was looking over their shoulder if they’d be fired or not even after a good month of quota.

Inbound lead flow dried as expected and it's a difficult product to outbound given the general nature of agreements between companies and their email providers. Treated well. Flexibility is great. Base comp is low-ish when compared across the industry.
