There's been a lot of change over the last year which has put quite a bit in flux. Inbound lead flow dried as expected and it's a difficult product to outbound given the general nature of agreements between companies and their email providers. Treated well. Flexibility is great. Base comp is low-ish when compared across the industry.

Leadership not good at the moment. Inbound leads are good. Not well organized at all for outbound. Little help from others so you have to be good at being independent

Good inbound flow. Hard to hit quota and get promoted. Good product market fit, but lots of structural and leadership issues
