Unless you have a manufacturing background or are willing to do everything to learn it (cold calling every day with goal of just having a conversation, visiting customers weekly, reading/watching videos on mfg processes, traveling to territory 2/month) for the first 6 months, you will fail. Leadership does a good job at providing sales training, but severely lacks any training or program to help understand the manufacturing world and the jargon our prospects speak. It will be all on you.

Overall, Paperless Parts was a great place to get started in sales as a BDR. Promotion to AE could take over 2 years, which is why myself and some of the BDRs left.
