Apart from the solid base pay and market fit, Paperless Parts was incredibly disappointing. Leadership is a hodge podge of young, inexperienced managers and older, jaded executives who have been sunset at other companies. Sales team is expected to work 24/7 and devote their lives to the company. Only a few folks do well and they were cherry picked from the industry.

Overall, Paperless Parts was a great place to get started in sales as a BDR. Promotion to AE could take over 2 years, which is why myself and some of the BDRs left.
