I enjoy working for Eldermark. Our leadership is fantastic and so is the culture. We have been around a long time but just recently go the financial backing from PE to really modernize and expand our offering. That is also the drawback as everything is new with limited resources. I believe in 3-4 years time we will be in a great spot
