Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Like many high growth start ups in the current funding environment, Papaya Global overstated current and expected revenues and in turn, set up for very high expectations with very little support for those in the Americas. Some great & talented people but generally some of the worst experiences I have ever witnessed working for this organization. Nepotism & racism is not foreign for a supposed global company. I would stay far away from joining the Americas until some major changes can be made organizationally but the product does fit into a lot of organizations needs. I would not discourage applying for a role within the EMEA team as most of the incompetence stems from poor infrastructure and strategic decisions that impact US sales & ops. Browse Other Reviews
