No leadership structure. Everything is chaos at all times, things change on a whim, your feedback holds no value, and there is no working towards common goals. There is also a major cultural gap between the leaders in Israel and the teams in the US and UK, it often feels like they tolerate us, but don't respect our contributions.

Terrible. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. You will be left on an island from the start then promptly let go when it doesn't work out.

PMF is strong, the immediate teams are great but the broader culture is lacking. There is a lot of churn across all depts. Comms structure isn't horrific but it's not ideal with 3% (of the 10%) locked up until you hit 100% of the year and when due, rarely paid on time or with a transparent breakdown/comms slip.
