There is also a major cultural gap between the leaders in Israel and the teams in the US and UK, it often feels like they tolerate us, but don't respect our contributions.

Comms structure isn't horrific but it's not ideal with 3% (of the 10%) locked up until you hit 100% of the year and when due, rarely paid on time or with a transparent breakdown/comms slip.
