PMF is strong, the immediate teams are great but the broader culture is lacking. There is a lot of churn across all depts. Comms structure isn't horrific but it's not ideal with 3% (of the 10%) locked up until you hit 100% of the year and when due, rarely paid on time or with a transparent breakdown/comms slip. Strangely if there is an opportunity to win though, management will support. Not convinced the IPO will ever happen.

Okay Salary, horrible culture. The company squeeze employees till they have a mental breakdown.
