Just started at this company and I must say the culture and onboarding process is superb. Most AMs & AEs have been with the organization for multiple years so you're able to have some tenure here (from what I've seen alot of individuals in sales roles have been here for 3-4 years minimum). Leadership should take a look at raising the salary and variable for sales roles. In addition, there is no company match for the 401K. Overall, in my opinion compensation is below average but still a great company where you can find success with a very robust product that truly fills a need.

No chance for promotion, no way to hit quota... Basically not somewhere you want to work unless the economy is booming. They expanded so much during covid and have goals based on demand from 2021. It's a great product and a good culture, and for other teams it's a great place to work, but the sales org is disposable to them, unfortunately.

This organization has over 700 people and runs like a start up. No alignment on GTM from CTO/SLT vs Marketing vs Managers. Product lacks for upmarket sales. Wild wild west for the most part. Not efficient in processes for AEs
