No chance for promotion, no way to hit quota... Basically not somewhere you want to work unless the economy is booming. They expanded so much during covid and have goals based on demand from 2021. It's a great product and a good culture, and for other teams it's a great place to work, but the sales org is disposable to them, unfortunately.

Over the past several months the company has shifted from very employee-oriented, to only caring about unattainable goals. I absolutely love my immediate leadership and people I work with, but C level execs have lost focus of the people who are boots on the ground, and taken away all incentives to work here.

Just started at this company and I must say the culture and onboarding process is superb. Most AMs & AEs have been with the organization for multiple years so you're able to have some tenure here (from what I've seen alot of individuals in sales roles have been here for 3-4 years minimum). Leadership should take a look at raising the salary and variable for sales...Read More
