The products are good to excellent across the portfolio. The SE organization has terrific talent and ability to deliver on behalf of customers. The Sales leadership was lacking in trust, integrity, and knowledge, and sales targets appeared to be randomly assigned with no bottom up approach to realistic targets. My overall experience was ok. Terrible sales culture and company culture isn’t great right now. Can’t make a lot of $$$ year. Comp plans have been decreasing the last 4 years.
