Been a BDR here for 8 months not the hardest job if you know what you are doing. The comp could be a lot better. I will say the culture is positive good people for sure most support I have felt in a role. Wish there was more insensitive to work harder.

WAS a great company to work for. Now, capped commissions and the worst accelerators I’ve ever had. Hit your number and get a 20% BCR BUMP?! Not that it matters because 1 in 5 hit their number.

When you are an internal promotion, this company pays you practically nothing to do the job. The quotas are supper high and if you don't have an ELA or large refresh on the table, then chances are, you won't be able to hit more than 50%.
