When you are an internal promotion, this company pays you practically nothing to do the job. The quotas are supper high and if you don't have an ELA or large refresh on the table, then chances are, you won't be able to hit more than 50%. Company is great at allowing you to move within orgs but think you will get paid anywhere close to market for it. Second line leaders are absolutely awful here so be careful. There are a lot of people who do nothing in the sales org at that company and it's obvious.

Used to have good managers in Europe and DACH region in particular until about three years ago. Since then a lot of non-qualified people were hired into manager positions. Excellent products but targets are very high.

Great product - leadership can be hit or miss depending on team. Quotas include huge growth expectations.
