I've worked here 3 years and they are the lowest attainment years of my 25 years in high tech sales. The Cloud/Cortex roles have extremely high quotas that do not map to any reasonable growth rate YoY. If the company expects to grow this business 30%, your quota might represent 400% YoY growth. Terrible toxic environment. Management is there just to stick to processes, they often push back on help requests. Internal fights happen daily and when serious stuff between colleagues happen management doesn't have the guts to act. Wouldn't advise to work there to my worst enemy.
