When you add to a customer contract mid-cycle and coterm the deal with less than 12 months left in the contract, and then renew the entire contract for 12 months or more, how are sales reps credited and paid?

For those who are at PAN, is Prisma Cloud the worst segment to work for? Are the getting better/worse?I’m expecting an offer from PANW this week for a territory sales manager position. They make it sound like 70-80% of reps hit their OTE. Is this correct? Would you current recommend PANW to join? How is the culture?
