Is there a ramp plan for AE’s ? If so is it full ote for 3 or 6 months ?

To clarify the answer below which is largely true, there isn't enough of a clearly defined GTM strategy for there to be a ramp plan. The sales leadership is the worst I've ever encountered; specifically: total lack of clear strategy, no leadership structure to support a growth strategy even if there was one, no accountability, quotas are ambiguous, the comp plan you sign empowers sales leadership to arbitrarily decide on your commission when you close a deal (and they exercise this right frequently), and the turnover rate among sales is the highest I've ever seen. Pay attention to the public postings you see on LinkedIn from their salespeople. They continually regurgitate the same material (customer wins, testimonials, media appearances). There's a reason. There's a ton of hype and promises that recruiters make to salespeople that are mostly not fulfilled. Positive take: the platform is mostly legit (with a few exceptions) and the benefits package is among the best in the market.

A ramp plan?! They will just fire you after 6 months if they don’t like you. The current record for fastest pilot closed is just under 6 months. Many reps are just canned after a few months for completely subjective and undisclosed reasons. Ramp period - HA!

A ramp plan?! No chance. They will just fire you for completely subjective reasons after 60 days if they don’t like you. How can they have a ramp plan of they have no sales strategy to begin with? They hate the sales team and honestly want to fire them. DO NOT TAKE THIS SALES JOB.

No, place is joke. The sales "leadership" is completely incompetent and are clueless on a GTM strategy.  I echo everything from the post that was made on 7/25
