Current Employee3.7Jun 21, 2023My overall experience with PitchBook has been ok. Very difficult to get promoted because of the moving goalpost the leadership sets. The incentive pay is good, but the base is below the marker. It's a leader in the space which helps with the product market fit.

Former Employee2.1Nov 14, 2024Okay experience. Mundane, boring work cold calling inbound leads. Not much room for growth in the company. Beer taps and snacks on every floor was a plus. AE constantly mock and put SDRs down.
