Awesome product and team. Comp is low compared to other tech companies in my experience. Potential to hit a few blockbuster deals which have large upside. Can be frustrating managing small accounts that should be in lower segment. Great logos and opportunity to grow within GTM org.

Okay experience. Mundane, boring work cold calling inbound leads. Not much room for growth in the company. Beer taps and snacks on every floor was a plus. AE constantly mock and put SDRs down.

In good times, everyone was hitting quota and management didn't need to focus on training and development.
