Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Was repeatedly told that I was on track for a promotion and that we were just waiting on the new CSO to approve the position to open up. Was then laid off along with 60% of the team and that promotion position I was told was coming had a new hire in it within two weeks. Lo and behold it was given to a previous college of the new CSO.
Almost the entire leadership has changed over so many times in the past 2 years and the executive team is all hired within that time. They tout that they promote from within, but that only happened a small handfull of times during my tenure.
One of the "core values" of the company when I was hired on was "Don't be a gossipy snake pit" and similar to warning labels on consumer products, it was there because it was a problem.
