It was an ok company to work for, but wouldn't want to stay long. Was only base pay for BDR's and leadership tended to micromanage quite a bit.

Was repeatedly told that I was on track for a promotion and that we were just waiting on the new CSO to approve the position to open up. During my time there was no commission on sales. The base pay was okay, but you were not rewarded for sales beyond that. This was some time ago, so that might have changed since then.
