Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall experience has been positive due to my prior leadership. Your experience is primarily dependent on who you work for and what they shield/protect you from. Went through re-org, received new accounts, lost old ones, new comp plans, with unrealistic quotas based on past performance and avg deal size/volume. Comp plan is based on closing large transformational deals, although we constantly run into capacity issues and can't fulfill large orders/deals. Oracle Sr leadership acts like this isn't an issue, but any experience seller whose been here 3+ yrs knows we dont have capacity in any region. Especially for new CPU/GPU shapes. Browse Other Reviews
