Dependent on territory. A lot of internal political drama. Many unhappy customers. Can do well if you sell enough but the culture is going downhill.

Was told that as a military hire they would promote us within 6 months, that did not happen. OTE was supposed to be 31k, when we started they said it was actually a pool based bonus and did not my 4 quarter rolling attainment was 99% and was paid out 23k in bonus minus taxes.
