The lack of lead-flow is a major downside, but the earning potential is real. Currently, reps are set up to hit their number for the most part. Unfortunately with Oracle that could easily change.

Drastically needs an overhaul of GTM, you have 95% of reps missing quota and extremely high targets. It almost seems that they set unnecessarily high targets knowing most reps will never come close but also guaranteeing the ones who do, they will not have to pay out chunky commissions.
