This was a while ago but I wasted 3 years on an inside sales team selling CX. Things could have (hopefully have) changed drastically because in my time only 5% reps hit quota on my team.

Oracle’s culture overall is difficult to manage. Product offerings are relevant and very competitive in their respective target markets. The entire culture and operations are not in sync and internal colleagues can at times be competition.
