Honestly a good first job to get your foot in the door. Extensive training so you're well prepared for everything you need in the role. However, promotion process does not look easy. Many people stay in the BDR role for almost two years which gets extremely frustrating. Organization is also all over the place and it seems like nobody in the company aligns on the same values. Overall, there are pros and cons to every company but Oracle is good enough for right now.

Great product, it really depends on territory and timing but the culture is much better than it was 10 years ago. Very smart team, Industry focus and a market leading solution has helped the sales team meet and exceed expectations.
