My overall was experience was bad. Too much internal process, only internal policital lobbying. No customer focus and no vision.

Oracle is overall a great company to work for with top tier products. I do find that their base pay is often lower than the average in the market. Leadership also varies from pillar to pillar.

- hiring extremely aggressive managers with low to no managerial and people skills - focused on politics rather than business - no transparency towards customers and internal teams - very toxic environment where teams are encouraged to fight rather than cooperate - very slow systems - no promotion
