The training you receive is second-to-none, but the sales culture is more "stab your partner in the back to win a deal". I had several deals stolen from me right before signature, because someone knew a higher VP and knew the internal politics. The pricing strategy was also flawed.

Current Employee3.4Feb 7, 2024Oracle is overall a great company to work for with top tier products. I do find that their base pay is often lower than the average in the market. Leadership also varies from pillar to pillar.
