Great product, it really depends on territory and timing but the culture is much better than it was 10 years ago. Very smart team, Industry focus and a market leading solution has helped the sales team meet and exceed expectations.

My overall experience was consistent. Oracle is a large company where you can easily become a number and get lost in the shuffle. As a manager, you are typically given a lot of people to manage with very little guidance or enablement on product/ how to work best with the ecosystem.
