Oracle is the top position for any professional sales rep. It offers very good compensation packages depending on experience level and other factors. It is possible to make close or at 1m annually. However, that typically comes from reps who have been working those deals for many years. Bringing them all in within one physical year enhances chances of maximizing earning potential.

My overall experience was mediocre at best. Had a manager steal accounts from me and give them to someone else. Turnover was so high I kept getting promoted onto teams by managers that never stayed.
