Team culture at federal group was best I experienced at Oracle - direct and upper management protected their reports and actually took action on typical oracle issues. Big downside = ability to actually create demand and sell given govt red tape on Oracle + low base/comp when coming from inside promotion.... Salary/OTE would have been 2.5X what I was given had I been hired from outside Oracle - but maybe thats why they promote from within.

My over all experience was not good. Oracle switches the commission plans and products you sell every year so you cannot make money.

Oracle has been in an industry focused territory segmentation for the ME and LE space but management shifts reps from one industry to another after one year. This movement defeats the purpose of the sales rep from becomes an industry expert.
