Oracle is excellent at producing top sales reps via their sales training/enablement. If you can master the "art of selling" then you can accomplish a lot and sell more in your career. Note: there are many "arts" to master. With that said, the culture is very corporate so if you like that then awesome. This is definitely a who you know type of organization. With that said, I used Oracle as a stepping stone to catapult me to other roles.
