My overall experience with Oracle is good, however the sales training is insufficient and you are left alone regarding hitting your qouta - not much help. The salary is good - in relation to reaching qouta/target, getting your bonus - it depends a lot on what you are selling in the organization. Some line of business is almost impossible to be successful in.

My overall experience has not been bad but is going down hill. I suggest working at a smaller company and selling a product that is more in demand.
