Want you to sell big deals but if you all too much of your quota to one account your rate tanks. Be prepared to chase SRs as there are always product issues with quarterly updates. Management will make or break your experience.

If you’re looking to make changes/improvements and help departments grow it’s a lost cause. Too many handcuffs and promotion raises are below standard. Majority of people leave and come back a few years later to see bigger pay bumps.
