The overall sales experience at Oracle boils down to Team, Territory, and Timing. If those 3 are positive, you have tremendous earning potential. Otherwise, it can be a slow, fruitless experience. Job opportunities are not created equal, but the good reps are able to make the most of the opportunities they are given. Leadership on the first line manager level has been solid, but the further up the chain you go, the more detached you will find your leaders.

Good place to begin career. Great opportunity to network with fellow young professionals. Most of your learning and development will have to take place on your own.

Overall experience was a good place to start but definitely didn't offer the training and development that other companies offer. Comp was low as well.
