Great product, it really depends on territory and timing but the culture is much better than it was 10 years ago. Very smart team, Industry focus and a market leading solution has helped the sales team meet and exceed expectations.

My overall experience was that you could take advantage of some good training, but that also kept you out of the field selling to people, so catch 22. Also, the number of ASMs in the market was saturated and I didn't see much closing outside the East or West Coast, besides some of the other major metropolitan (e.g. Chicago) areas.
