My overall experience has not been bad but is going down hill. I suggest working at a smaller company and selling a product that is more in demand.

My Overall experience is great, but everything depends on your first and second line Managers. However you can only rely on 30 people in your LOB and region.

Everyone is a number. Not much loyalty. Great place if you want to float and make ok money. If you’re looking to make changes/improvements and help departments grow it’s a lost cause. Too many handcuffs and promotion raises are below standard. Majority of people leave and come back a few years later to see bigger pay bumps.
