Former Employee2.6Dec 5, 2024I started on the Accuvant side of the business, before the merger with FishNet. In the Accuvant days, it was the best job I ever had. Once the merger happened, it went down hill. They were always having an identity crisis and couldn't get out of their own way.

Sales leadership team is uninspiring and loyalty is illusory. Compensation is lower than elsewhere and the incentive structure is convoluted. Professional development needs to be self-directed.
