Current Employee3.0Aug 20, 2024No real incentive now they have introduced capped earnings. Its a shame as its a nice company to work for but I feel can earn more elsewhere.

Current Employee1.4Mar 1, 2024You get assigned to random "campaigns" selling for other companies. Most of them are tough sells, some aren't even SaaS. Which campaign you get assigned to determines your success rate. Less than 10% of the SDRs here hit quota, and recent changes to their commission structure is awful. There's zero room for growth

Former Employee2.9Mar 4, 2024You work as a consultant for different SaaS base companies. Commission is very skimpy imo. You have to hit a certain amount of meeting sat before even getting commission. For example if your one off from "threshold" for the month you don't get paid commission for any of the meetings. Commission per meetings are not even three figures. Good job for a college kid.
