Former Employee2.9Mar 4, 2024You work as a consultant for different SaaS base companies. Commission is very skimpy imo. You have to hit a certain amount of meeting sat before even getting commission. For example if your one off from "threshold" for the month you don't get paid commission for any of the meetings. Commission per meetings are not even three figures. Good job for a college kid.

It was completely remote and they only had two people for the whole of EMEA to train people, these two people are absolutely amazing and lovely, but the company needs to have a larger base of mentors.
