The people are wonderful, but it's absolutely luck of the draw with which client you get and the commission structure is the same despite these differences. It was completely remote and they only had two people for the whole of EMEA to train people, these two people are absolutely amazing and lovely, but the company needs to have a larger base of mentors. The pay is probably the lowest in the industry, but it's a great starting point. Working remote isn't helpful for personal or professional development in this field, so I'd suggest trying to find something in person if you're an extrovert.

You work as a consultant for different SaaS base companies. Commission is very skimpy imo. You have to hit a certain amount of meeting sat before even getting commission. For example if your one off from "threshold" for the month you don't get paid commission for any of the meetings. Commission per meetings are not even three figures. Good job for a college kid.
