No real incentive now they have introduced capped earnings. Its a shame as its a nice company to work for but I feel can earn more elsewhere.

The people are wonderful, but it's absolutely luck of the draw with which client you get and the commission structure is the same despite these differences. It was completely remote and they only had two people for the whole of EMEA to train people, these two people are absolutely amazing and lovely, but the company needs to have a larger base of mentors.
