My overall experience was good dependent on leadership that you worked for. Unfortunately , much of the time was under leadership focused on themselves and not supporting their team members.

Long sales cycles and limited compelling events create few opportunities. Hard to make money up selling existing customers.

This company is full of back stabbers and cliques. Constant management turnover and if you are not one of the gang, good luck. I was extremely successful my first three years and when a new manager was brought on I suddenly had a greenfield patch and given 6 months to generate quota. His "boys" where given the accounts with opps and if not one of them, tough luck.
