Overall OT is a decent company to work for. Leadership and vision is great and their efforts to innovate are starting to show. That said, the reputation amongst current customers is low due to some interesting revenue tactics of years past that burned bridges with current customers and drove them away. Also, the inbound lead and demand generation are seriously lacking from the marketing side of the house. After a year + I have only received 1 inbound lead that was reasonably qualified from in house demand generation.

The acquisition of Micro Focus was a big mistake for the company. the entire portfolio of ADM, ITOM and CYBERES is left to itself without innovation and without perspective
