Overall OT is a decent company to work for. Leadership and vision is great and their efforts to innovate are starting to show. That said, the reputation amongst current customers is low due to some interesting revenue tactics of years past that burned bridges with current customers and drove them away. Also, the inbound lead and demand generation are seriously lacking from the marketing side of the house. After a year + I have only received 1 inbound lead that was reasonably qualified from in house demand generation.

very challenging environment and complexe deal nevertheless this is what makes it fun and intellectually rewarding. work env can get stressful if you do not manage expectation and pressure and stand for your position
