OneTrust has a great product for the market, and the better parts of working there includes the people you work with, the pay, the benefits, and the hybrid model. Do not join, it is a toxic culture. The high earning potential has gone and after all that even as a top performer I left as job security isn't guaranteed,. One of the team got let go doing 200% of his quarterly number as he didn't fit the model.
