Great benefits. Little support for reps. Comp plan, org structure and accounts changed every quarter. Ae layoffs and firing consistently. Market is saturated.

Base salary and WLB are there. New structure is making quotas pretty much laughably impossible. Restaurants just don't spend big $.

I was on the growth team which did really well - the company has made a large shift to new logo and marketing products. To my knowledge, those teams had far less reps hitting quota than the growth team did. Now most of the company is doing a blended book and split into enterprise and emerging enterprise

Plan for 2024 was ill-constructed. Maybe 3 out of 40 reps will hit quota and all will be in the Enterprise segment, none in Emerging Enterprise segment. Great people and great product, but goals are aggressive given TAM limitations and headcount
