My overall experience was poor. Leadership was lacking and they laid off a big portion of the team after they hired many people. SFDC wasn't organized, and the best accounts and leads went to the individuals who were there the longest.

Management can't make up there mind on the comp plans. Plans have changed every quarter since Q3 of 2023. This year alone they went through a major restructure and have severely muddy up the comp structure. Rep comped differently that manager. They are all over the place! Beware!

Lots of changes this year, and almost definitely more changes to come. WLB and Base Salary are great and make some of the other parts of the job more digestible.
