Great product, but leadership is lost. GTM has changed three times over the past three years. Your success as a rep is 100% determined by the health of your territory. The churn is incredibly high.

Okta is a great company to work for. AE promotion track can be a bit lengthy at the moment. This might be due to external factors and market conditions. Success can also be very connected to territory.

Great company that has taken an unfortunate turn. The territories are so segmented that there is no leads and okta has faced security incidents making It an uphill battle to sell. They do pay well, there are great people here, they take care of their emps but be prepared to grind
