Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Since the macro economic slow down, incentive structures have been peeled back. The revenue team was generally hurt from hiring Susan St. Ledger - her timing personally helped her career and she made over $10M in 2 years from the stock but she hired poorly, was toxic, and entertained really bad sales deals (overselling licenses, crazy discounts just to win the logo, phantom deals) that we've slowly been correcting. In the ENT/STRAT/SLED world, many sellers are about to be exited due to lack of performance. Sales attainment is horrendous which leads to bad behavior like compliance, blaming everyone else around them, hiring/firing, ambitious customer promises, etc. The next 1-2 years will be good for great sellers who are up for the challenge as we get rid of bad reps and bad sales leaders. Product fit is tremendous and we basically only compete against Microsoft Freemium IAM products. Browse Other Reviews
