Toxic (sales) culture since two years in EMEA. Organisation declined heavily due to wrong leadership hires coming from legacy companies (i.e. Oracle). Leadership doesn't understand how to approach and address the identity market. No transparency at all and very low level of trust.

Bait and switch. Horrible leadership. Entire c-suite left including co-founder. Over hired in 2022 and instead of taking real accountability they just fired a ton of people in between layoffs. Breached and said it was 1% of customer data. Turned out it was 100% of customer data. this is your warning!

Great product, but leadership is lost. GTM has changed three times over the past three years. Your success as a rep is 100% determined by the health of your territory. The churn is incredibly high.
