Not a bad spot for college grads. SDRs in seat for 2-3 years, promotion to SMB based entirely on who you know, leadership is in disarray. Most SMB AE’s are getting the experience and bailing. Made a lot of bad hires out of panic that destroyed culture

Tons of churn in sales leadership. CEO doesn’t hold sales in high regard. Shifting focus of GTM. Products team doesn’t spend much time with actual customers and it shows.
